Where Is Fairgoer/Rideshare Drop-off?
Drop-Off/Pick-Up is available at the Northwest Gate (#3), along North Park Dr. Drivers must stay with their vehicle. Do not park and enter the fairgrounds or stand at the gate.

Where Do I Park?
Parking at the fairgrounds is FREE!  We encourage fairgoers to approach the fairgrounds via Grand Avenue.  General & Volunteer Parking is available in the Eckelkamp lot.  Handicap Parking & Motorcycle Parking is outside of the West Gate (#2), and Merchant Parking is in the Miller lot.  UTV parking is available in a designated area off North Park.  UTVs are also welcome to park in our general parking lots.  For paved parking, we encourage fairgoers to utilize our free shuttle system.

Where is Handicap Parking?
Handicap Parking is available outside the West Gate (#2). Please enter from Grand Avenue.

Can I bring a chair/blanket to the concert?
We set up about 5,000 chairs in the area, and fairgoers are welcome to bring their own.  However, most people do stand during the concerts – it’s just the energy and atmosphere at our event!

How do I buy concert tickets?
Concerts are included with admission! Seating is general admission.

How do I get VIP passes to a concert?
We are not authorized to sell VIP passes to our concerts.  VIP passes are a perk for our sponsors and volunteers, and we run a few giveaways for the public as well.

Are ATMs available at the Fair?
ATMs are located at the Fairgrounds near Gate #1 (South), Gate #2 (West), and the Information Stand at the Food Court.

What forms of payment are accepted at the fair?
Our gates accept cash or card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).  Most food/drink stands will accept cash, card, or mobile payments through Apple/Google Pay.

What is included with my ticket to the Fair?
Admission includes parking, concerts, shows, exhibits, motorsports events, and carnival rides!  Not included:  Midway games, food/drink, premium experiences/vendor purchases, motorsports entry fees (to participate).

Are discounted tickets available?
The season pass is usually the best option if you plan to spend multiple days at the Fair. The sooner you purchase, the better the price, and online tickets (even with the service fee) are a better deal than purchasing at the gate! A limited number of heavily discounted Season Passes usually go on sale on Cyber Monday. After that, tickets increase to our pre-season price through Tuesday before the Fair.

How do I buy concert tickets?
Concerts are included with admission! Seating is general admission.

Where do I go for First Aid?
The First Aid Building is the white building with the red roof, behind the Motorsports Bleachers.  Mercy Hospital healthcare professionals and EMTs from Washington Area Ambulance District are on site throughout the Fair.  In the evening, EMTs are also stationed near the Main Stage.

Nursing Lounge & Baby Changing Station
We have a dedicated Nursing Lounge & Baby Changing Station at the First Aid Building (the white building with the red roof, behind the Motorsports Bleachers).

How do I become a Vendor?
Information for merchants is available beginning in February at www.washmofair.com/merchants.  Booths are assign in mid-to-late May.  Vendors must attend all five days of the Fair.
Food vendors follow a different process and should contact KyLee regarding availability.

Camping
A limited number of camping spaces are available to be rented by Livestock exhibitors.  Reservations open May 15.

Lost & Found
Our Lost and Found is located in the Information Stand at the center of the food court. Our Grounds Clean-Up Crew usually brings found items to the Info Stand by 10 a.m. each morning. To check on a missing item after leaving the fairgrounds, you can call the Fair Office (636-239-2715) or e-mail us.

Lost People
If you have lost a child at the fairgrounds, please alert the nearest police/security officer or Fair Board Member.  You may also report a lost child at the Information Stand in the middle of the Food Court.  Lost children should look for the nearest police/security officer, and will be taken to the Administration Building (located across from the Information Stand) to wait while parents are paged.
We recommend:
Taking a photo of your child at our daily signs at the gate, so you have an accurate photo of the child that day.
Setting times/locations for check-ins.  Even if children have a phone, have a backup plan in case the phone is lost or battery is dead!

When will future Fairs be held?
Our Fair always begins on the first Wednesday in August.
2026 – August 5-9
2027 – August 4-8
2028 – August 2-6
2029 (Centennial!) – August 1-5
